About Cordy Health
It began with a shared curiosity.
Seven years ago, wellness subjects that are ordinary parts of people's lives were usually presented at one of two extremes. Either they were reduced to quick claims, or they were wrapped in so much specialist language that ordinary readers struggled to tell what was actually useful.
We thought there was room between those extremes.
Behind the pages, we are simply a small team of people: wellness enthusiasts and professionals drawn to yoga, skin health and nutrients, who wanted to share what we were learning and find others who share the same curiosity.
Cordy Health started there, with smaller editorial pieces on practical wellness questions. Gradually the focus gathered around three subjects: Yoga · Skin · Vitamins. They look different on the surface, yet each keeps showing the same thing. What we see first is not necessarily everything there is to understand.
Over seven years our look has changed and the range of questions we explore has widened. One principle has stayed exactly where it was.
Give readers enough context to look again, without telling them what they are supposed to think about themselves.

02 · Our Focus
Three subjects. One company.
We didn't choose yoga, skin and vitamins to cover everything. We chose them because each one says something about how Cordy Health wants to look at wellness.
Yoga
A way to talk about the physical experience of movement, how it feels and where it is felt, without turning movement into performance.
Skin
A practice of observation: environment, texture and light, and the difference between noticing something and immediately interpreting it.
Vitamins
A reason to move past familiar names and front-label statements, toward food, nutrients and understandable everyday context.
There is always more outside the first frame
We don't try to cover every wellness category.
A defined focus gives Cordy Health a recognizable point of view. It lets the three subjects interact: a question about skin can lead to food, a question about movement can lead back to observation. Without that focus, we would simply become an enormous miscellaneous health library.
03 · The People
The people behind the different views.
Cordy Health isn't made by one anonymous “wellness team.” It is built through different kinds of work, each with its own way of looking at a subject, and each noticing something the others might miss.
-
01
Research & Topic Development
People who investigate questions, terminology and useful context before an idea becomes a finished piece.
-
02
Editorial & Writing
People who turn complicated material into language an ordinary reader can comfortably follow.
-
03
Visual & Creative Direction
People who use photography, composition, diagrams and interaction to make information easier and more interesting to explore.
-
04
Reader Experience
People who watch how visitors move through the site, where explanations become confusing, and how information stays usable on every device.
A subject can pass through several perspectives before it appears on the website.
Research asks the question, editorial finds the words, visual direction finds the frame, and reader experience checks that it still makes sense on a small screen. This is where our philosophy stops being a slogan and becomes part of how the company actually works.

Figures are rounded internal counts. Consultations are informational conversations, not medical advice.
Covering more did not make us more useful.
Cordy Health began with a broader informational approach. Over time we learned that adding more subjects did not automatically make information more useful. The identity became stronger as the focus narrowed and the presentation became more visual, contextual and deliberate.
One of the most important changes was leaving the conventional “wellness website” look behind for the editorial, image-led experience you see now. Photography, visual comparison and perspective are part of how we communicate, not decoration around text.
05 · Our Readers
Better informed, not instructed.
We don't expect every reader to arrive with the same knowledge, routines or questions.
What we want is a place where someone can meet a familiar wellness subject, discover context they hadn't considered and keep exploring, without being pushed toward an idealized lifestyle.
A closer look, and then a wider one
Reader Perspective
“I like that the articles don't assume I already know the terminology. I can understand the point without feeling talked down to.”
Reader Perspective
“The visuals made me notice details I probably would have skipped in a normal article.”
Reader Perspective
“I came for one skin topic and ended up reading something about food, because the connection actually made sense.”
We don't need every reader to see wellness the same way.
We want to make it easier to see more of it.
